What is the Eytys return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.
How do I find my correct size?
Eytys products generally fit true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page. We provide a detailed size guide with measurements for sneakers, boots, and apparel to help you find the perfect fit.
Do I have to pay for international duties and taxes?
For orders within the EU and USA, duties are included. For other international destinations, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately. Once an order has reached the warehouse, we can no longer make changes.
