EYTYS offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
